Fascinated by the molten material, I make a large part of my finishing enamels (applied on the last coat). This allows me to manufacture the large quantities needed and to develop my own colors. I mix the primary constituents, silica, fluxes, stains to melt them in crucibles at over 1200 ° C.
The enamels are then cast, crushed and then sieved in order to obtain a powder to be applied to the metal. The application is made either by spraying or by powdering through a sieve.
